Civil Service Performance Verification Group

The Civil Service Performance Verification Group (CSPVG) was established under Sustaining Progress (Social Partnership Agreement 2003-2005) to verify that satisfactory progress was being made by Departments and Offices in relation to the modernisation commitments under the agreement. The Office reported on two occasions during 2004 to the CSPVG on progress achieved. Officials from my Office met the CSPVG on one occasion during the year. We also submitted a revised modernisation action plan to the group in November 2004. On each occasion the CSPVG agreed that the progress achieved warranted payment of the pay increases due under the agreement.
