Chapter 4 - Client Service Charter

Client Service Charter

A draft Client Service Charter - setting out the standards expected in dealing with people who use the services of the Office of the Ombudsman - was developed and will be published following consultation with clients and staff.

It is also planned to engage outside expertise to conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys of complainant satisfaction levels with the services delivered by the Office and to report on the findings by the end of 2005.
