Ombudsman Emily O’Reilly Launches New Website

The Ombudsman, Emily O’Reilly, is delighted to announce the launch of her new website which is now live. See www.ombudsman.ie

The new website aims to increase awareness of her Office and improve the customer experience. The website introduces many improvements, for example, an improved design and navigation structure, a new search facility and, most importantly, a redesigned Online Complaint Form. Members of the public will be able to make their complaint online and also check the status of their complaint online (live mid July).

The Ombudsman said “The new website is part of my Office’s efforts to make our services accessible to as many people as possible and to provide information to the public and to public bodies on the service we provide”.
